Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is ALYVE LDA, trading as Portimmo Projects (NIF 514709677), Rua da Cumeira 43, 2500-561 Nadadouro, Portugal. E-mail: info@portimmo.pt.

If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, please contact us at the e-mail address above.

2. What data we collect

Contact form and e-mail: your name, e-mail address and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, project location and the details of your project.

Technical data: when you visit the website, our server and security software process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against misuse.

Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

To carry out our services once you become a client: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

To keep the website secure and working properly: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We never sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted at the latest two years after our last contact.

Client files are kept for as long as needed to carry out the assignment and afterwards for the periods required by Portuguese law, for example ten years for accounting records.

Security logs are kept for a limited period only.

5. Who receives your data

Your data is only shared with service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as our hosting provider, e-mail service and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

We share data with authorities only when we are legally required to do so.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise your rights, e-mail us at info@portimmo.pt. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and security monitoring.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
